Cut-Off Policies
All accounts with 30 day arrears or more will be cut off 5 days after the due date.
There will be a $50.00 Reconnect Fee.
FAILURE TO RECEIVE A BILL DOES NOT EXEMPT YOU FROM MONTHLY
PAYMENT, LATE CHARGE OR DISCONNECTION. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE
FOR NON-DELIVERED OR DAMAGED MAIL.
Cut-Off Notice:
You, the customer, are responsible for keeping your account paid and up to date. If your water
is disconnected on cutoff day, you will be required to pay all arrears due plus a $50.00 reconnect fee.
