What does the arrears on my bill mean?
The arrears is the amount left on your account from the previous month(s) that has not been paid yet.
What is the SDWP fee on my bill?
The SDWP fee is a $1.00 Safe Drinking fee that is standard on every water bill in the state of Louisiana.
What does the VFD mean on my bill?
The VFD is a $3.00 Volunteer Fire Donation that is completely optional. If you choose
to pay it, it is a donation to the Columbia Heights Volunteer Fire Department.
I lost my bill, can I get a new copy?
Absolutely! Simply call us at (318) 594-9067 and let us know you need a new copy.
We can mail you the new copy, email you one, or you can pick one up.
When is my bill due?
Bills are due on the 15th of every month.
Can I pay my bill online?
No, we do not accept online payments at this time.
